Miscellany Monday #3

Im writing this at 23:39 so I hope I actually finish it before it's Tuesday, lol.

{one} Dave's parents bought us a digital photo frame the other day. I love it! You basically put an SD Card inside it, with all the photos you want on there & you can choose how often the pictures change (we have it on one hour) & the transition etc. I'll add a photo tomorrow - when I can find my camera - it looks great on my coffee table :)

{two} Tomorrow, Dave has a job interview. The position is a Web Developer for a local company. He also has a possible other job interview (web design again). So, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for him! He has his website for his own business BespokeBioinformatics.com finally all set up now too, after spending 6 months making it - from scratch, no templates! Putting my blog design to shame, lol.

{three} It's my Interview for Salford University this Wednesday! The plan is to set off from here around 9am, the interview itself is at midday. I'm going to try & arrange to see the accommadation too (I don't know for sure if they'll tell me on the day if I'm succesful, but I want to check out the rooms anyway). We're going to try & visit a 'Crown Carvery' on the way home, along with IKEA to get a lamp that I saw last time & regretted not getting! Crown Carvery is where Dave & his family ate at last time, when I was being super strict with my diet - time to reward myself :)

{four} I ordered a new phone today :) Well, upgraded actually. I had the HTC G1 (Google Phone). Recently though it's been shutting down for no reason. Usually when I'm in the middle of doing something important, which after a while gets annoying... so I went on my provider's website to see what other HTC phones they had & I checked out the latest one 'Wildfire'. It's a smaller version of the Desire (the only main differences is the screen size & the Wildfire doesn't have 'live/animated' backgrounds. I got a really good deal too for £20 a month. It's being delivered on the day we're going to Manchester though, so I'll need to ask someone to sit in & wait for the postman for me!
