This is my 2nd post today [like I mentioned below, I want to make it 30 posts for 30 days]!
I just want to say a big thank you to the best boyfriend in the world who has recently started to help me out in the kitchen. Usually we have this system where I cook, he cleans [most of the time, obviously not all of the time]. Recently he has started to help me out in the kitchen which is good, because not only is it less work for me.. it's company [we all know cooking can be dull sometimes, especially after a hard day]. Plus, he learns how to cook new things everyday.
Dave is a typical man, where if I left him to do all the cooking himself it would just be 'easy' stuff like cheese sandwiches, lol. I make him sound like a 9yr old but I am happy that he always appreciates everything I cook for him =]

This is what he had today, we made a massive Pasta Bake [sliced bacon, pasta, peppers, onions & mushrooms] in a tomato & herb sauce, topped with cheese & some oregano with Chicken [yes, that is one breast - the ones Dave's uncle gets us for free are absolutely huge]. I shoved some Sundried tomatoes in there, because he loves them. Five minutes after this was taken, the plate was clean.
Tonight I plan to go to bed quite early, the temparature outside is apparantly going to fall to -5C° overnight & today was very, very cold. We went for a Twilight walk on the beach earlier & as Dave was going on about how much he loves the cold, crisp, clear weather my teeth were clattering away, lol - to be fair I wasn't wearing my best winter coat. However, like I mentioned before... there is nothing better than snuggling up warm with your favourite book in front of a warm fire..
